Are those <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theaa.com\/driving-advice\/legal\/parking-guide-yellow-lines\">double yellow lines<\/a> denoting no parking at any time that I see to the left of the vehicle?<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>This driver is not only illiterate and colour-blind, but is also blissfully ignorant of the fact that parking restrictions extend over the full width of the highway from boundary to boundary, so parking on the footway (<em>which some call the pavement. Ed.<\/em>) will not absolve him or her from getting a thoroughly well-deserved parking ticket!<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As seen on Roman Road, Easton in Bristol.
