Research seems to indicate the original document emanates from the Star Hotel in <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Guangzhou\">Guangzhou<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Not being familiar with Chinese, I asked my good friend <a href=\"http:\/\/uk.linkedin.com\/pub\/ling-wong\/4\/9b8\/a01\">Ling Wong<\/a> whether the English was an accurate translation of the Chinese; he has confirmed this.
